GGXGG Peptides

Browse and view the simulations and analyses of model peptides based on Ac-GGXGG-NH2. The side-chain X has been substituted with L-amino acids in a range of protonation states. This group of simulations contains 3.8 microseconds of simulation at 298 K.
Tertiary Structure Propensities
Sidechain Rotamer Library

The Daggett Lab has compiled a backbone-independent side chain rotamer library from the 188 native-state protein simulations currently comprising the Dynameomics database. We present the frequencies and average X angles using rotamer definitions similar to those used by Dr. Roland Dunbrack. We also include raw side chain dihedral angle propensities generated from Dunbrack's May 2002 library, the Astral SCOP 1.73 protein structure compendium containing proteins with less than 40% sequence identity, our Dynameomics database, and our GGXGG simulation set.
