Dynamical Fragments - Methods: Stress

High population bins were sampled from each library for stress testing. We clustered each sample bin to several target sizes from 2-5000 fragments. Stress was measured as the average internal RMSD of clusters with more than one fragment at each target size. We found that a target bin size of 200 fragments contained most of the variation -- if not all of the fragments -- for the sample bins.

Below are the resulting population distributions and internal RMSD for each bin for the condensed libraries.
